Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Shena San Pedro.
I’m the OBM behind Steady&Scale and I help scaling email marketing agencies build calmer backend operations so founders can step back from daily delivery without losing premium clients.
Email operations is part of how I see the backend.
I’m also an Email Operations Specialist, so I understand the moving pieces behind email delivery: campaign workflows, handoffs, QA, reporting, client communication, and the small backend gaps that can quietly affect trust, retention, and the overall client experience.
I trained deeply in OBM systems and implementation.
To deepen my OBM foundation, I trained for six months under the Powerhouse OBM Intensive Program by Daise Virtudazo and completed more than a month of internship training under Systemized Ops, led by the same founder behind the Powerhouse OBM Training Program.
My Psychology and HR background shapes how I build systems.
I’m a Psychology graduate and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA). For me, systems are not just about tools and tasks. They are about people, behavior, communication, accountability, and how a business feels when the backend finally works.
The belief behind my work is simple:
